I like it, but it is hard to download stuff to where I can find it. It doesn't put downloads into the music file it puts them somewhere else and then you have to transfer it to the Favorites to find it easier. For $40 though this is definitely a good player.Has great sound, easy touch screen with a stylus, and comes with a protective cover.

The purpose of this purchase was to download my king james audible bible. I should have consider that 4G was not enough and woould have to be allocate to other resources of the devices. The device is good for recording bible classes and services. As well as taking pictures, so it is do-able for the purpose that it serves

I had bought this mp3 player for myself but when my 16yr old seen it he wanted it. He loves it and has had no problem with it at all. Before I bought this player I looked at others and I read all the reviews people had written. I wanted to make sure I was getting a good product and I think I did.

Well this player is definately worth the money you pay for it.
First off, The player doesnt play all described video formats. Its only plays AVI and the converter software dosent work. i had to find other software for it online. Now I have a 11 gig folder of converted files hogging up space on my comp.
Its nice for what it is but Im going with a Zune.

This package came in a small orange box with all the equipment inside. It came with a CD with a Windows 98 Driver installation. Though you don't really need the driver setup with Windows XP/Vista/7 since it would install the drivers automatically after connecting your player via USB.
The CD also comes with a AVIConverter that converts any file to 320x240, which is essential to playing video files on your DKY player.
The CD doesn't autoplay into a setup, it just shows you a folder with the files in them.
This product comes with a charger that connects via USB which was neat.
This product also comes with a protection cover for the player and it fits well.
It also has a voice recorder, camera, and video recorder.
Even though it comes with earphones, the quality isn't as great as the ones I have. I'd rate the quality a 7.5/10 for the given earphones.
It also comes with a stylus pen so that was convenient
Now to my review:

THE GOOD:

4GB is a great size. I managed to fill 3GB of it with about 13+ Albums with 15+ songs each.
Video-playback for imported (and converted) videos is excellent. I watched an episode of "The Pacific" after a high-quality conversion with the given software from the CD. Video quality was really clear.
You can also rotate the video vertical or horizontal. Horizontal would be the ideal choice for a wider and fuller view.
Radio playback is fantastic as well.

File management is a hassle. When I synced my device to my computer, the files were sent to the "MUSIC" folder of the MP3 player. But when you check the Music folder on the actual device, it's no where to be found. You can only see it when you navigate to "Files" folder. To fix that, I moved the music files to the AUDIO folder instead. I navigated through my MP3 players folder via computer. Infact, I did ALL my managing on the computer.
You can't skip back or forth in the middle of a song with the seeker bar.
Even though there's an option for shuffle, it only shuffles AFTER the song is finished. It does not choose a random song if you skip the current one.
Video recording isn't clear and grainy at best. But hey, you get what you pay for right?
Same thing goes for picture taking.
Although radio playback is high quality, the hassle with it is having to press the arrow button repeatedly to get to the station. You just can't skip around on the seeker bar. If there was a radio station you wanted at 105.1 (random number), it would start you off at 80 something and you would have to keep pressing the arrow until you reach 105.1.

VERDICT:
========
If you are looking for a product that includes the whole media package, this product is a fabulous introduction. MP3 and Video playback are this products strong point. As for MP3 playback, it really depends on your earphone. If you really insist on having higher quality MP3 playback, you might want to buy another earphone than use the one that is provided.
Battery Life was on the 3/4 guage after 3 hours of use. This looks like a product that could last maybe 5-7 hours tops, though I could be wrong. I haven't used it to full capacity yet. Lets just say you shouldn't buy this if you wanted to use this for 10+ hours straight without charging.
The MINOR setbacks are video recording, voice recording and picture capture, all of which suffering from grainy quality.
So if you are just looking for a product for mainly MP3 and Video playing, with a reasonable price and a considerably high quality of playback (depends on your earphone/headphone quality of course), with a neat touch screen, this product is perfect.
*EDIT*
The player does INDEED allow for FASTFORWARDING, just not skipping to an exact point. You just have to hold the left or right arrow down.
