Good one September 6, 2010 Andrei G. Birsan It does what it says. Is a bit smaller than the size of my iPod touch 2nd gen. but otherwise is good.
Beware this is terrible September 2, 2010 Pedrobos It comes off if you carry in your pocket! It's terrible. They tell you free replacements but this is a scam for you pay shipping which is far more than this cheap piece of plastic is worth and then they claim you never returned the broken plastic you had to peel off and charge you again. I just had to file a dispute with Amex. I regret having bought this!
Great protection August 31, 2010 Faiz Rahman These protect your iPod like no other. I put my keys and change and all sorts of things in my pocket along with my iPod and there is not a single scratch. Installation is a little bit tough, but it's not bad if you just take your time.
The protector left a few streak marks that are visible when you are on a white page, but other than that it looks amazing.
Perfect shield, but have professional install August 30, 2010 LT (Sacramento) I bought one of these shields knowing it was one of the best options to protect my iPod Touch screen. The guy at Best Buy demonstrated on his own iPhone by scraping keys and coins hard across his screen--no problem. I also knew, however, that installing it myself would be a mistake. I took it to Best Buy and paid $7 for them to install it, which they did flawlessly. I am VERY pleased with the way it looks and feels. The touch screen actually feels better with this protector. It's somewhat expensive, and I admit it's a pain to have to go to another store to have it installed. But Best Buy guarantees their installation for life. I knocked off one star for the price and the hassle, but otherwise I couldn't be happier with this choice.
Eh, it does what it says it will do, but... August 23, 2010 CodyAnne Pauli (Honolulu, HI) So I will start off by saying that I do really appreciate my Invisible Shield. It does just what it says - I don't have a single scratch anywhere on my iPod touch, and I'm forever tossing it into my purse with keys, change, and all sorts of other miscellaneous things. I didn't notice a change in sensitivity or anything, and it's really great. I liked this product so much that this particular purchase was actually my second one.
That being said, I had a somewhat difficult time getting the corners of the backside protector to stay, and over the last 5 months have actually ended up trimming the corners off because they were a catch-all for dirt. I have also just removed the front screen protector. After putting a case on my iPod, it seemed to develop a bubble that I just couldn't get out. I dealt with it for a couple of months hoping it would just dissipate, but it didn't. It wasn't just a physical aberration; it was quite visible as well. I am still contemplating whether or not to order another front screen protector. It's worth noting that I've left the back protector on, which hasn't given me any troubles after I trimmed the corners off.
